The Leptos Panorama Hotel exceeded all of our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable vacation experience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, offering a cozy and charming atmosphere. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and sea was absolutely breathtaking. The pool itself was perfect for relaxing and the meals provided a wide selection of healthy options, with the occasional indulgent treat. The convenience of the bus stop right in front of the hotel made it easy to explore Chania, and the nearby harbor offered boat rental services. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, from accommodating dietary restrictions to helping us book a boat tour. The hotel's excellent location provided stunning views of the bay and made for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and memorable getaway.

Hotel's next to main attractions like Kalamaki Beach. Salavantes, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. This venue is good value. Easy access to Souda airport, which was about 25 minutes' drive away.

Good quality hotel, lovely view, decent service, good room and bathroom. Hotel food was good for a buffet. Convenient for getting to beaches and into Chania, which is a lovely town.

Twin beds rather than double (with separate covers) - not a big deal but a bit inconvenient even when pushed together. Also, we were staying near end of season so some things were winding down (like restaurant opening times). But very good overall.

We had an amazing holiday at a hotel in Kato Daratso. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were lovely and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The room was spacious and opened up to a beautiful patio area overlooking the sea. The hotel was clean and the daily cleaning service was excellent. We enjoyed the themed food nights, especially the BBQ night. The main bar inside was run by a professional and friendly man. We also appreciated the convenient bus service to nearby towns and the recommendation to visit Chania at night. Despite the beach not being great at the hotel, we found a lovely one just a short walk away. we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The Scenery fron the hotel was wonderful. having breakfast, near the pool was lovely, the pool was great, the rooms comfortable, and the bus into the old town started at the hotel gate No 23.

We loved the amazing view of both sunrise and sunset, along with the location close to the beach. Hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the pool and water gymnastics programs. The staff was extremely friendly, even organizing a day trip to Balos beach. Lastly, breakfast was delicious and varied.

Awful hotel,the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in, we got no sleep the whole night and we were refused a refund even thoiugh we did not stay the second night. The hotel is not a five star maybe a two star at most.

Our group of friends had an amazing summer holiday at a four-star hotel located by a beautiful mountain view. The pool and outside lounge area were inviting, and we appreciated the extra amenities like a ping pong table and poolside snacks. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and hardworking. The food was tasty and varied, with a Cretan restaurant for a special night out. We also enjoyed nearby beaches, including a little private one, and found the bus to Chania efficient. Helpful details in organising a day trip to Balos beach included.

One minor issue was getting drinks during meal times, as staff didn't seem to pass by our table often enough.

Nice staff, good food variety, cosy restaurant, amazing view, helpful receptionist, perfect cleaning service.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that catered to our every need. The spa and wellness centre were exceptional, with an outdoor infinity pool overlooking breathtaking scenery. The staff was incredible and provided excellent service during our massages and beauty treatments. The garden area near the pool was an excellent spot to relax and soak in the sun. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast and dinner with a great variety of options to suit all dietary needs.

The room could use some minor improvements, such as new carpets and lampshades. this hotel was an incredible experience with exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking views.

Stunning View and Friendly Staff

I spent my Christmas vacation at a hotel with incredibly stunning views and amazing staff. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the beach and close to the town center, which made it easy to explore the area. the hotel had fantastic food and comfortable rooms that were very well maintained. What I really loved was the panoramic view from my room, which was unforgettable. Another highlight was the staff who were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help make my stay more comfortable.

While my stay was mostly positive, there were some downsides that should be addressed, particularly in terms of the entertainment offered. There were only a few activities available at the hotel, which made it feel a little underwhelming.
